In-House Labor

$80 Hr
We have a full featured office that you are more than welcome to visit and bring your machine into for computer repair. Our hourly rates are significantly reduced and of course there is no trip charge. We also have a minimum diagnostics fee that applies if you choose not to have your PC repaired.
 

PC Diagnostics

$60
A PC Diagnostics fee will be charged should you NOTproceed with suggested service.
 

Trip Charges

All clients must pay a trip charge. Each client will pay $2 a mile. The total amount of miles it takes from our office to your location will be the trip charge for each visit.
 

On-Site Hourly Support (1Hr Min.)

If you don't foresee that you will need our computer services very often, you can stick to a classic hourly arrangement.  Time is billed in quarter hour increments with a hour minimum.

Remote and Phone Support
The remote PC support has been a tremendous success in keeping the cost of your IT support down. Our remote support tool allows us to connect to your machine and fix most problems as if we were sitting right in front of your computer, provided of course that you can access the internet. The rate is $1.65 per minute. If you are on a pre-paid time block the time will simply be deducted from your time block at your pro-rated rate. Please keep in mind however that we are always happy to answer any quick questions that you may have, technical or otherwise, at no charge.
 

Emergency Services
 After Hours: + $50/Hr | Weekends: +$100/Hr

These prices are in addition to our regular pricing. An emergency is defined as a service request that is required immediately and/or forces us to reschedule appointments.
