Carrie Ibarra: Office Manager

• Carrie's background includes over ten years of experience within small to medium size businesses as an Office Manager and customer service instructor.  Outside of work, Carrie sits on the Board of Directors for local Little Leage.  She also volunteers her time serving as the Official Scorekeeper and Team Mom for a Youth Softball team.  Carrie enjoys serving her community while helping others and spending time with her 3 daughters and taking an active part in their extra curricular activities.  Carrie's ultimate goal is to one day obtain a degree in Social Work.

Darren Rysedorph: Senior Network Engineer

• Darren has been programming and working on computer hardware since the late 1970's. Darren joined forces with Astart Synergistics after running his own business since 2000. In addition to being an extremely effective technician and manager, Darren has the unique talent for assisting clients with business development and planning from the perspective of one business owner to another.
